Here's a little more about me; I am a registered nurse who strives to help others enhance or improve their health. I am an ice bath advocate for mental and physical health. I run a grief nonprofit called "Balance Awakened" where we help others going through grief and loss or those struggling with anxiety and depression. I live on a farm in the middle of nowhere in the far Southeast corner of Colorado with my husband and 11 cats! I am a hugger, a bowhunter, I love to cook, go on adventures, watch sunsets, and am addict of learning!
